“Nothing will turn a man's home into a castle more quickly and effectively than a Dachshund.” — Attributed to Queen Victoria

This charming handmade Blue Witch ceramic Cruet Set features the delightful Dachshund, affectionately known as the ‘sausage dog’, with its distinctive long body, short legs and beautifully smooth, velvety coat. Originally bred in Germany to hunt badgers and other burrowing animals, the Dachshund is a courageous and tenacious little hound with a surprisingly bold spirit. Beneath that determined character lies an affectionate, playful and devoted companion, equally at home in a country cottage or a city apartment.
